CB Yoga Flows mix dynamic postures, strength and mobility training, assisted stretching, breathwork, and guided meditation as well as modifications, challenges, and adjustments. We're passionate about customizing yoga for all levels by providing guidance on proper alignment, breathing patterns, and attention focusing techniques to level up your physical and mental practice.
Onsite group yoga or private yoga sessions can be booked for 60-minutes, 75-minutes, and 90-minutes.
Yoga mats, water bottles, towels, curated playlists / song requests, and post-class bubbly toasts can be arranged upon request.
Christine began practicing yoga over 15 years ago because, to put it mildly, she needed it.
