Based in Charleston, South Carolina, CB Yoga Flows are customized for private 1:1s, small groups, bachelorette and wedding parties, corporate retreats, and large event groups.

This vinyasa flow links each breath to a yoga pose, and focuses on endurance, balance, core strength, flexibility, and restoration. We'll lift the heart rate, tone the body, improve posture, and increase mobility. You'll experience a deep mind-body connection, continuously reengaging your focus to your breath as you move through fun, challenging movements and postures.

We'll hold postures to build stability and mix in concentrated movements to build strength. Throughout your practice, you'll connect breathwork to movement, and take on immersive holds, challenging twists, and cathartic choreography to focus the body and mind.

We'll use breathwork to open the body and mind, adding postures that help build balance, muscle engagement, and joint alignment. As you take on long holds in each pose, you'll develop a deeper appreciation to how your body and mind truly feel while on your mat.
This mixed impact, strength-based flow uses dynamic movement to sculpt and tone your entire body. We'll build mobility and awaken the muscles with cardio bursts and weighted movements. You'll target the core, arms, legs, and booty by combining yoga poses with added challenges to increase your heart rate before cooling down with deep stretching.
This session combines assisted stretching, breathwork, and meditation to lengthen the muscles, deepen the breath, and open the body to release tension and stress. We'll move through restorative resting positions, breath exercises, and an extended savasana to end with a guided meditation. Expect to leave relaxed, refreshed, and ready for whatever comes your way.

We'll move to the beat of the music using simple calisthenics to lift the heart rate, tone the body, improve posture and increase mobility. Dynamic stretching, guided meditation, and pockets of movement are woven into this session to create a balanced practice that is fun, challenging, and restorative.
